What Is This Life About?

ep04 hero

Life as a journey of consciousness

What is life?

This question isn't the flat joke about life being an egg, and it isn't only for philosophical musing.

It's a more fundamental question:

"Who am I,

why am I here,

how am I experiencing, living through, and making this reality I'm in?

And above all — what is life, as a journey of consciousness?"

We often mistake life for a stage handed to us from outside.

An outside world — and me as a very small being inside it — with no real power over that vast external reality, living out whatever shape I was given, or making a lot of effort in various directions inside it until it ends.

As we live, we ask, again and again.

"Why can't I live the life I want?"

"Why does the same problem keep repeating?"

"Why is life this complicated and this hard?"

Why do we feel we can't control our lives?

Most people look for the answer in the outside environment. Family, other people, money, luck, social structure...

"I have no money, so of course I'm unhappy."

"This is all I amount to. This life is a write-off."

"No matter how hard I try, I'm not loved."

"The system is built that way — what am I supposed to do, no amount of effort will make me successful."

But what if that isn't true?

Reality comes from your state of consciousness, not from outside

This isn't a call to think positive. This is how consciousness and reality are structured to work.

Back to the question of who I am —

we're educated from childhood to cultivate some kind of agency, and we believe we're living our lives as our own,

but most of a human being lives on autopilot. (95% of our thoughts, actions and patterns run in the unconscious.)

Beliefs imprinted in childhood, social conditioning, unconscious trauma patterns, the collective unconscious, belief systems passed down through generations, old wounds, social systems, education, media, and everything that makes up the ego identity we've believed to be "me" — all of it is living our life on our behalf.

So let me ask once more.

Is it you living your life right now?

Or is it the story that has been running your unconscious?

ep04 01

Reality isn't "out there" — it's a mirror

Reality isn't "out there." It's a mirror reflecting you.

Life is not a series of random events happening outside you.

Life is a dynamic energy field that reflects your inner state of consciousness, like a mirror.

The world doesn't exist to show you something.

The world exists to reflect you.

This is the mirror principle.

Reality reflects your beliefs, emotions, vibration, frequency and unconscious patterns exactly as they are.

The pain, the repeating relationships, the attempts that keep failing —

all of it is the by-product of a life you did not consciously create.

We always believe that the state of reality determines our state,

but in fact our state determines reality.

Observation determines reality

Quantum physics says:

observation determines reality.

Which means the consciousness of the one looking defines what is real.

This isn't only a physics theory.

Life is actually running along a timeline — a reality — selected by the frequency of our consciousness.

Even a single electron changes its position and state depending on who observes it and how.

The nature of the universe is not fixed substance. It's a wave of energy that responds to consciousness.

So the reality you perceive as external takes shape according to how you look at life.

External reality reflects your inner frequency exactly.

If I don't trust myself, the world doubts me too.

If I fear the world, the world threatens me.

Consciousness isn't simply "thought." It's the vibration those thoughts produce — consciousness reorganizes reality the way a frequency does.

How you perceive yourself

determines how you create your life.

This isn't a particular religious belief or mysticism. It's the physical structure of consciousness and vibration.

ep04 02

Life is not a punishment. It's a message.

Life does not exist to make you powerless.

Every event in your life is a chance to reveal the beliefs and identity you've been living without noticing.

Reality is a mirror of the beliefs you carry without being aware of them.

The relationship pattern that keeps repeating reflects your self-worth.

The money that keeps running short reflects your sense of value.

The failures you keep colliding with reflect the fear inside you.

Life isn't breaking you. It's shaking you to bring out what you actually are.

Are you thrashing around inside a drama your own unconscious staged?

Now we need to practise reading life

not as a problem, but as a mirror of consciousness.

When you become aware of the truth that the wave your consciousness emits organizes reality, you stop being reality's victim

and become a reality creator.

ep04 03

Life is a scenario for the expansion of self

Once awareness begins, life is no longer a fixed story.

It becomes a fluid scenario that you choose, create and experience.

Life is the journey of taking the self apart, recognizing the real "I,"

and consciously creating a new reality with the power of that recognition.

When we start meeting life consciously, life stops being a lottery draw and becomes a journey of self-knowledge and creation.

It is a journey in which you cannot make a mistake.

Because every experience in life is designed precisely for the expansion of our consciousness.

Failure, confusion, loss, standstill, shedding, growth…

all of it was a gate something inside you needed in order to wake, and a way your consciousness was speaking to you.

Life is always trying to carry you toward a truer version of yourself.

More conscious, more free, more creative.

We wander in search of a destination,

but this journey doesn't exist to deliver us to one.

It exists to make us love the person we are on the road.

Life is not something to control. It is a stage for realization.

Life is not mere survival.

It's a laboratory of consciousness,

the shedding and integrating of self,

and a return journey — remembering the divinity within.

Life keeps asking us:

"Is this life the one an aware me created, or the one an unaware me repeated?"

"What belief and what vibration inside me is the reality in front of me reflecting?"

"If every moment of this life is a journey to bring me to the real me — where on that journey am I standing right now?"
